Cally Blankendal received the Denham United 15 Girls Team 'Managers Player Award' (MVP) for the 2013/14 season.
Blankendal, was presented with the award upon her return to the UK to commence her 2nd year in boarding school. Having played 12 out of 17 matches due to injury and overseas travel, she had a season ranking of 7.3 the highest average on her team. This led to her being called up for the U16 division on a few occasions to gain experience at the next level.
The team had very challenging season having only 14 players on the roster with a few international students (absent due to travel during school breaks). Blankendal enjoyed her first year at Denham and is eager to return but will have to sit on the sidelines until November. She is currently receiving physio treatment on her ankle and knee due to and end of season injury during a tournament.
Blankendal played for Dandy Stars and Bermuda's Brazilian Football School - Ladies Touring team.
