 Warwick High-Performance Football Players took part in the Surf National College Combine & Showcase Event in San Diego, California.
Amiya James & Tayte Glasgow playing with the Girls North East Surf 2009 Select, edged the NorCal Surf Soccer Club team 3 – 2 in their opener, they would then fall 3 – 1 to the South West Select.
Jahzion Taylor, Will Spriggs, and Keori Binns-Leverock lined up for the Boy’s North East Surf Select team, they edged NorCal Surf 2 – 1 in their opener, before falling 4 – 1 to the South West Regional, but they would close out falling 2 – 0 to the Regional Surf Select.
Ashalay Simons was in the Girls North East Surf Select 2008 line-up, they went down 2 – 1 to NorCal Surf Select in their opener, before falling 3 – 0 to a South West Select team.
Jack Fisher was in the Boy’s North East Surf Select 2009 team which defeated a North West Regional Select team 3 – 0, they would then fall 1 – 0 to a South West Regional Select.
