After defeating Watford 1 - 0 to make it three successive wins, Hull City Lead Professional Development Phase Coach Conor Sellars spoke on his side’s recent form.
Sincere Hall’s last-minute finish saw Hull City defeat Watford 1 - 0 at Vicarage Road earlier this week. After defeating Colchester United 4-1 and Burnley 6-1 at the Dransfield Stadium in the previous two fixtures before the trip to Hertfordshire, Sellars was delighted with the win.
“I’m delighted for the lads to make it three out of three. We kept a clean sheet and to score in the 90th minute with a winner is always a great feeling so I am just really happy for the players,” said Sellars.
Sellars said, “Hall is a player who has magic in him. We are putting more pressure on him to be more in games in attacking areas where he can create and score. He has been really good since returning from injury and some of his individual moments are fantastic.”
