The summer of 2014 will be a busy period for the Bermuda Football Association and the various National teams involved in International competitions.
Upcoming commitments for the National Academy and National teams include:
May 21st – 28th – Women’s Caribbean Cup in Turk & Caicos Islands
June 23rd – 30th – Under 20 Men’s CFU World Cup Qualifiers in Dominican Republic
July 21st – 28th – Under 17 Men’s CFU World Cup Qualifiers in Bahamas
August 2nd – 10th – Under 16 Men to participate in Mexico Invitational Tournament in Mexico City, Mexico
August 2nd – 10th – Under 15 Girls CONCACAF Championships in Cayman Islands
August 10th – 17th – National Academy Training Tour (2001, 2002 Boys & Under 14 Girls) to IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida
Training squads for the Women’s National team has already been selected as they prepare for the Inaugural CFU Women’s Caribbean Cup later this month. The training squads for the remaining international commitments will be published in the coming weeks.
The CFU Women’s Caribbean Cup Group draw has been made Bermuda will play:
May 23rd vs. Turks & Caicos
May 25th vs. Cayman Islands
May 27th vs. St. Kitts & Nevis
The Groupings for the Mexico Invitational Tournament has been made with Bermuda drawn in Group D alongside Portugal, Colombia and Chile.
