The Bermuda Futsal Federation held its Third Annual Women's Futsal All-Star Game at a packed Bermuda College Gym.
The West was coached by Somerset Hurricanes Paul Fisher, making his first appearance and the East by Dandy Stars' Aaron Denkins, making his third appearance as an All-Star coach.
This year's game proved to be the most evenly contested of all the All-Star games with the West Team jumping out to an early lead. However, a determined East Team regrouped and at half-time, the West led the East 6 - 5.
In the second-half both teams went back and forth with the West scoring 6 goals to the East's 4 to win the game 12 - 9.
At the end of the game, the following awards were presented by representatives from the Bermuda Football Association and sponsor Sidekicks:
All-Star Game: MVP - Kashintae Fox of the East Team
League Awards: League Champions – PHC Lady Zebras, League MVP - Jessica Furtado (PHC Lady Zebras), Leading Scorer - Jessica Furtado (PHC Lady Zebras), Most Outstanding Goal Keeper - Micah Pond (PHC Lady Zebras) and Coach of the Year - Aaron Denkins (Dandy Stars).
