The Bermuda Netball Association finally got in a Full Day of Netball at the Bernard’s Park.

Under 11 League

Storm Lightning 13 Phoenix Sparks 5


The Storm Lightning defeated the Phoenix Sparks 13 – 5, the Storm Lightning got 8 goals from Malaysia Furbert, A’Meerah Outerbridge added 4 goals and Zeni Hansey added the other goal, while the Phoenix Sparks got 4 goals from SaNaa Grant and Delah Stowe-Eve added the other goal. The entire Storm Team picked up the MVP Award, with Jaya Dillas earning the Award for the Phoenix Sparks.

Rangers 8 Storm Thunder 5

The Rangers picked up an 8 – 5 win over the Storm Thunder, A’meerah Richardson-Swan scored five times for the Rangers, with Saajida Daniels added the other three goals, while Naomi Crofton scored all five goals for the Storm Thunder. Jade Simons was the Rangers MVP, while the MVP for the Storm Thunder was Jerney Stovell.

North Village Lady Rams 13 Warriors 4

Zariyah Holman scored 7 goals to lead the North Village Lady Rams to a 13 – 4 win over the Warriors, Tenisen Dill added the other six goals for the North Village Lady Rams, while the Warriors got 3 goals from Narai Franklin and Mayah Williams- Johnson added the other goal. The North Village Lady Rams MVP was Razeeyah Robinson, while the Warriors MVP was Daisha Butterfield.

Under 14 League

Storm 24 North Village Lady Rams Reds 11


The Storm got 12 goals from Makaylie Smith as they defeated the North Village Lady Rams Reds 24 – 11. Jaelyn Rewan added 5 goals for the Storm, with MVP Anisa Seon scoring 4 goals and Amayah Burt added 3 goals. The North Village Rams Reds got 9 goals from Xaana green, both Jazya Brimmer-Peets and Sioma Rudo added a goal each. The North Village Lady Rams Reds MVP was Jayla Peets-Butterfield.

Phoenix Embers 29 North Village Lady Rams Whites 10

The Phoenix Embers defeated the North Village Lady Rams Whites 29 – 10, the Phoenix Embers got 15 goals from MVP Sydney Santos and 14 goals from Kammie Mills, while the North Village Lady Rams Whites got 5 goals for Kari Virgil, Aniyah Minors added 3 goals and MVP Ra”eesah Robinson who scored twice.

Under 17 Power Play Tournament

The Storm were crowned the 2019 Under 17 Power Play Tournament Champions, with the Each team got to double their score either in the first or second half. If the team had power play each goal was worth 2 in that particular quarter.

Seniors Division

Lindos Tigers 56 North Village Lady Rams 37


The Lindos Tigers defeated the North Village Lady Rams 56 – 37, Jahkenya Trott led the Lindos Tigers with 34 goals, while Jahtuere Trott added 22 goals, with Nandi Woods named the teams MVP, while Darrika Simons scored 21 goals for the North Village Lady Rams, while Nikita Hunt added 13 goals and Chaquita Simmons scored three times, with Akela Furbert named the teams MVP.

Phoenix Heat 57 Storm 40

Danielle Raynor led the Phoenix Heat to a 57 – 40 win over the Storm. Raynor scored 37 goals and Ebonie Burgess added 20, Chelsea Somner was named the Heat MVP. The Storm got 29 goals from MVP Nabiilah Nasir, Jaylyn Hines added 6 goals and Kaamilah Nasir scored 5 times.
