All 12 of Bermuda’s starters in the Age Group Triathlon World Championships in Edmonton for the Standard Olympic Distance finished the race.
Leading the way was Maria Duffy who finished 18th out of 28 finishers in the 60-64 Age Group in a time of 3:02:25, Phil Mace produced a very impressive time of 2:13:41 to finish 29th out of 68 finishers in the Mens 35-39 Age Group.
Amber Mehta finished in 2:29:52 to take 31st place out of 55 finishers in the Female 35-39 Age Group, while Duncan Scott competing in the Men’s 50-54 Age Group clocked a time of 2:35:51 finishing 71st out of 81 finishers.
Ben Lau’s time of 2:45:34 saw him finish 72nd out of 75 competitors in the Men’s 45-49 Age Group, while Charlie Duffy competed in the Men’s 60-64 Age Group clocked a time of 2:42:45 finishing 30th out of 40 competitors.
Competing in the Female 35-39 Age Group Jen Wilson finished 50th out of 55 finishers with a time of 2:46:19, while Kandis Matthews finished 51st in the same Age Group clocking a time of 2:46:47.
Alex Wilberz competed in the Female 40-44 Age Group finished 53rd out of 54 competitors clocked a time of 2:56:27, Kristen Palmer finished 50th out of 63 competitors in the Female 25-29 Age Group clocking 2:36:08.
Seamus Fearon recorded a time of 2:21:38 on his way to finishing 48th out of 62 competitors in the Men’s 30-34 Age Group and Neil Lupsic competing in the Men’s 35-39 Age Group clocked a time of 2:24:08 finishing 52nd out of 68 competitors.
