The 2017 Johnnie Walker Classic Golf Tournament got underway at the Ocean View Golf Course with the defending champion Dwayne Pearman putting himself in the driver seat in the Professional Division.
Pearman went to the clubhouse after his First Round at 1-under par 69, Daniel Augustus is three strokes off the lead in second after his 2-over par 72, while Darrick Douglas and Twilton Smith are a further 8 strokes off the Augustus.
There is a traffic jam on top of the Open Amateurs Division with three players leading after round of 5-over par 75’s, Leroy Robinson, Michael Lindo and Damian Palanyandi, will take a one stroke lead into the final round over Damon Mussenden and Colin Swan.
Kavon Trott and Allan Bradshaw are the leaders in the Amateur Senior Division after rounds of 1-over par 71’s, Frank Morgan is three strokes off the leaders.
