Sebastian Kempe, and Campbell Patton concluded competing in the Oceania & Australian Open & Youth Laser Championships 2023 hosted by the George's River Sailing Club.
Four races were sailed on the final day with Kempe competing in the Gold Fleet, Kempe’s best finish on the day was 38th and he would finish 48th overall with 246 Net Points.
Theodor Middelthon from Norway won the Under-21 Division, with 101 Net Points, Kempe finished second, and Caleb Armit from New Zealand finished third with 263 Net Points.
Patton competing in the Silver Fleet finished in 8th place with 140 Net Points, Patton won the first race on the final day.
