Back in February 2023, Patton clinched Bermuda’s men’s spot in the Pan American Games, while competing in the ILCA 7 Class at the US Open Sailing Series in Clearwater, Florida.
Meanwhile, Penruddocke secured the island’s Women’s spot after during the Laser Radialat at the ILCA North American Championships held in Kingston, Ontario in July of 2022.
Both Patton and Penruddocke are bidding for a place for Bermuda in the 2024 Paris Olympics at these games.
