Two Bermuda Sailors faced off in the Moody Trophy FJ Class Interconference Regatta hosted by Rhode Island.
Ryan Astwood sails for Boston University and Mackenzie Cooper sails for the St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
St. Mary’s College of Maryland finished 3rd overall with 90 points, while Boston University finished 5th with 94 points.
Astwood sailing the Boston University A Class boat finished in 9th place with 67 points. Astwood recorded 5 top 10 finishes in the seven races sailed with a top finish of 3rd in the First Race.
Cooper sailed the St. Mary’s College of Maryland’s B Class boat to 9th as well with 61 points. Cooper also had 5 top 10 finishes with a top finish of 4th in the 3 race.
