The Mid Winter Comet Sailing Regatta took place off the West End Sailboat Club, with Stephen Dickinson sailing to victory.
Dickinson and his crew Pat Young sailed to victory in the first three races in the four race series and did not start the fourth race to finish with 3 points. Rockal Evans and his crew Christina Barnard finished second with 6 points after recording a first, a second and two third place finishes. Youngster Peter Dill and his crew Ben Smith finished third with 7 points, the two youngsters had two second place finishes to go along with a third and a fourth.
