Cameron Pimentel was part of the Roger Williams Sailing team that took part in a two day regatta. Pimentel and Roger Williams finished fourth at the Oberg Trophy hosted by MIT.
At the Oberg Trophy, the weather was perfect for a fall day of sailing on the Charles River on Day One, but on Day Two the wind died down and made it difficult to continue racing.
The day was ended at 12:30pm due to conditions. Despite the abbreviated regatta, Pimentel and Alyssa Seifert, finished fourth with 65 points in the A Division. The two earned a pair of first-place finishes, while skipper Joshua Saltmarsh and crew Tyler Wilson took fifth a B Division with 70 points. The duo ended the weekend with four top-three finishes.
Sailing in C Division was George Saunders and Adrienne White, who finished their efforts with 61 points and a fifth-place showing. The two never fell below the top-eleven and had three second-place finishes.
