Emma Harvey, Madelyn Moore, and Benedict Parfit were all in action on Day Three of the 2024 TYR Pro Swim Series in Knoxville.
Day 3 saw Harvey, Moore, and Parfit back to the pool with Harvey swimming in the 100 Meter Backstroke and 50 Meter Freestyle and Moore and Parfit competing in the 50 Meter Freestyle.
Harvey swam in the Women’s 100 LC Meter Backstroke Preliminaries clocking a time of 1:03.48 advancing to the B Final.
During the Women’s 50 LC Meter Freestyle Preliminaries, Harvey finished 19th in a time of 26.06, advancing to the C Final, while Moore finished in a time of 26.36 finishing in 27th place. Parfit finished in 42nd during the Men’s 50 LC Meter Freestyle in a time of 23.87. In the Women 200 LC Meter Breaststroke B Final Harvey finished 4th clocking a time of 1:01.99, breaking her own Bermuda National Record of 1:02.35 set on October 23, 2023, at the Pan Am Games.
Harvey would finish 5th competing in the Women’s 50 LC Meter Freestyle C Final clocking a time of 25.99.
