Several Warwick Academy swimmers advanced to 2023 NC QCD Holiday Invite Finals on the opening night of competition.
The group would win a total of 4 medals on the night.
Adriana Argent won a Bronze Medal competing in the Girls 500 Yard Freestyle A Final clocking a time of 5:22.65, Jorgia White finished 7th with a time of 5:36.52.
Logan Jones touched the wall in a time of 1:03.48 to finish 5th in the 13-14 Boy’s 100 Yard Butterfly A Final, while Elanna Fulton finished 5th in the Girls 100 Yard Butterfly clocking a time of 1:03.17.
Bella Howes won the Girls 50 Yard Freestyle A Final Gold Medal clocking a time of 24.55, while Fulton won the B Final with a time of 25.77.
During the 13-14 Boys 200 Yard Backstroke A Final, Jones touched the wall in a time of 2:20.10 to capture the Bronze Medal, Fulton would then win the Girls 200 Yard Backstroke B Final clocking 2:23.21.
Daria Desmond finished 8th in the Girls 200 Yard Individual Medley B Final clocking a time of 2:30.70.
The Warwick Girls 200 Yard Medley Relay team of Fulton, Howes, Desmond, and Argent won the Silver Medal clocking a time of 1:54.66.
