Elan Daley and her No. 2/3 ranked Florida Men’s and Women's Swim teammates secured their first sweep of the New Year, downing SEC opponent South Carolina inside the O'Connell Center Natatorium.
Daley and her Women teammates secured their third SEC win of the season with a 175-82 win and improved to 6-1 on the season.
The Florida women remain a perfect 20-0 in all-time series against the Gamecocks, while the men extended their series lead to 23-2.
Daley swam the anchor leg for the Florida Women’s 400 Yard Medley Relay A team that finished 3rd clocking a time of 3:41.67.
Clocking a time of 24.43, Daley finished 7th in the Women’s 50-yard Freestyle.
Daley finished 5th during the Women’s 100 Yard Freestyle touching the wall in a time of 51.99.
