Emma and Jack Harvey along with their Penn State Swimming & Diving teammates continued competing at the 2023 B1G Championships hosted by the University of Michigan at Canham Natatorium.
In the final races of the morning, senior Emma Harvey competed in the Women’s 50 Yard Freestyle and sprinted up the Penn State leaderboard. Emma Harvey finished the preliminary race at 22.61, advancing to the A Final, Emma Harvey's time is now tied for ninth overall in the Penn State Women's program's top times for this event.
Later in the Women’s 50 Yard Freestyle Final, Emma Harvey earned an NCAA B-Cut for her seventh-place finish at 22.67.
Jack Harvey finished 24th in the Men’s 100 Yard Backstroke Preliminaries advancing to the C Final clocking 48.84.
In the Men’s 100 Yard Backstroke C Final, Jack Harvey clocked a time of 49.02 finishing 7th.
