Talia Thompson who swims for both East Texas Aquatics and Tyler Grace Community School in Texas, represented her school in the 2020 TAPPS Division 2 State Championships.
Thompson would stand on top of the podium twice in the Championships.
Thompson won the Girls 50 Yard Freestyle, touching the wall in a time of 25.41.
Thompson would also win the Girls 100 Yard Freestyle clocking a time of 56.26.
Meanwhile Vanessa Esposito was back in action representing the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) Women's Swimming and Diving at the 2020 America East Swimming and Diving Championships.
Esposito finished 3rd in the Women’s 500 Yard Freestyle Preliminaries touching the wall in a Personal Best time of 4:57.86.
During the Women’s 500 Yard Freestyle Final Esposito finished 4th clocking a time of 4:58.69.
