Bermuda’s great start to CARIFTA Swimming Championships 2018 continued 6 more Medals taking their count to 13. Bermuda picked up 3 Gold, 2 Silver and 1 Bronze Medal, Plus two more CARIFTA Records fell.
Elan Daley claimed 3 Gold Medals and 2 Carifta Records on the day, Daley would first claim the 11-12 Girls 50m Butterfly Gold Medal stopping the clock in a new CARIFTA Record time.
Daley would then claim her second Gold and in the 11-12 Girls 200m Freestyle, breaking Payton Zelkin's record from last year.
Daley’s third Gold Medal came when she won the 11-12 Girls 400 Individual Medley.
Brian Desmond won the 13-14 Boy’s 200m Freestyle Silver Medal, while Logan Watson-Brown claimed the 13-14 Girls 200m Freestyle Silver Medal as well.
The Bermuda 11-12 Girls 4x100m Individual Medley Relay team of Jaedyn Judd, Josephine Duerden, Elan Daley and Giada Dudley-Pun picked up the Bronze Medal.
