Bermuda’s Roy Allan Burch and other athletes still have an opportunity to hit a FINA Olympic-Qualifying Time at one of the remaining meets happening worldwide between now and Rio.
Even with the Opening Ceremony of the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio now just 73 days away, there are still some final opportunities awaiting swimmers around the world to qualify for their nation’s swimming squad rosters.
Several of the most impactful nations’ line-ups for Rio have been determined, such as Australia, France and Great Britain, but even the United States’ Trials are still yet to take place.
Below is a look at the remaining meets around the Americas that represent the final qualifying opportunities for some nations’ athletes to score their tickets to Rio.
