Premier Michael Dunkley, Sports Minister Patricia Gordon Pamplin and Bermuda Tourism Authority Chief Product & Experience Officer Pat Phillip-Fairn were all on hand at the National Sports Center Pool to greet the Denmark Swimming team and coaching staff as they have begun their 15 day Training Camp in Bermuda.
Denmark’s head coach Nick Juba said, “So far everything has gone to plan, we have seen different types of weather ad we are looking forward to putting the athletes through a regiment that we want to see how they react to different situations.”
“We will be monitoring their eating, sleeping and training habits, just to get a feel for what they will need to do in the lead up to Rio, I am confident that these swimmers here will be in Rio ready for action,” concluded Juba.
