The Cartan Tours/Global Sports Partners have announced that Lee Greene has joined the Cartan Tours/Global Sports Partners (GSP) Team as a Regional Sales Associate to assist with our 2008 Beijing General Sales Agent (GSA) program.
Greene, who is based in Bermuda, will assist the Bermuda Olympic Association (BOA) and travel agencies throughout the Caribbean that are working with Cartan Tours on the 2008 Olympic Games. In addition, Greene will be available to assist Cartan Tours/GSP in their efforts to seek sponsorship and donor opportunities for its hospitality venue “Casa Americas”.
Greene, recently traveled to Beijing along with other members of the GSP Team to do a site visit, Greene told Islandstats.com, “What I witnessed in Beijing was amazing, the people over there are working to gather to make the 2008 Olympics something to remember”. Greene continued, “The Government also has plans to make sure the roads are not congested, and that the spectators will be just as comfortable as the athletes”.
Greene an international businessman, has been working in the global market for the past seven and a half years with an emphasis in sales. He is currently the Vice President of Sales for TeleBermuda International Limited and TeleCayman Limited. Prior to joining TeleBermuda International Limited, Greene was with the Altria Group for five years in a variety of roles including Metro Sales Manager, Territory Sales Manager and Sales and Marketing Incentive Coordinator.
Additionally Greene, currently serves as the Vice President for the Bermuda Basketball Association. Greene was also a member of the 2005 Bermuda National Basketball Team that won the Gold Medal in the Island Games, Greene was also a member of the 2003 Team that won the Bronze Medal in the Island Games.
