Devonshire Cougars 4 X-Road’s 4
At the Devonshire Recreation Club, X-Road’s came within minutes of picking up their second league win of the season as they settled for a 4 – 4 draw with the Devonshire Cougars.
Elisha Darrell gave the Devonshire Cougars the lead in the 8th minute, Donavan Thompson equalized for X-Road’s in the 10th minute. Domico Coddington would put the Devonshire Cougars back in front in the 16th minute, but Thompson would once again draw X-Road’s level this time in the 27th minute. On the stroke of half time, Darrell would score his second goal of the game to give the Devonshire Cougars their lead of the night making it 3 – 2.
In the 63rd minute, Thompson would complete his hat-trick drawing the game level at 3 – 3, and then in the 84th minute X-Road’s would take the lead for the first time when Thompson scored his fourth of the game, but in stoppage time Jonas Schroder drew the Devonshire Cougars level, as the match ended 4 – 4.
