After a scoreless first 45 minutes in this Premier Division match between the Somerset Trojans and the Flanagan’s Onions at the Somerset Cricket Club, it took all of four minutes into the second half to produce the winner.
A corner was only half cleared and when the ball came back into the box Jonathan Bean was able to outleap his marker to head the ball into the net to give the Somerset Trojans a 1 - 0 lead.
Flanagan’s Onions created several chances to level the game, but poor finishing in front of goals caused them a point as the Somerset Trojans hung onto the 1 - 0 win.
