www.islandstats.com can confirm that three Bermudians are participating in a two-day FIFA Seminar on Football (artificial) Turf and Natural Grass Maintenance in Bridgetown, Barbados.
The seminar began yesterday and will conclude today.
Bermuda is represented by Bermuda Football Association Executive Member Anthony Francis, Pembroke Hamilton Club Facilities Manager Calvin Waldron and Stan Bean from the Devonshire Colts who is responsible for getting the Police Field back in shape.
Twenty-two countries from the Caribbean and Canada were represented at the seminar, which involved activities and topics such as Maintenance Theory for Natural Grass, Maintenance Practical Session for Natural Grass, Maintenance Theory for Football Turf and Maintenance Practical Session for Football Turf.
