North Village Rams 0 Robin Hood 7


At the BAA Field, Robin Hood lifted the First piece of Silverware for the 2015/16 Corona League Season with this 7 – 0 win over the North Village Rams.

Robin Hood held a 1 – 0 lead at the half time break through a Joel Duffy penalty.

The second half, Robin Hood got two goals from Jake Fox and single strikes from Matt Black, Matt Clingerman, Kenneth Brown and Ricardo Madeiros in their 7 – 0 win.


First Division

Wolves 0 Flanagan’s Onions 2


First half goals from Treshun Smith and Peter Robey earned Flanagan’s Onions a 2 – 0 win over Wolves in their First Division match up at the Devonshire Rec.
















Premier Division

Devonshire Cougars 1 Devonshire Colts 4


This match was considered all but over ten minutes into this Premier Division match at the Devonshire Rec. Newly Promoted Devonshire Colts went to the top of the table with this 4 – 1 win over the Devonshire Cougars.

The Devonshire Colts took the lead in only the third minute when Lozandro Symonds converted from the penalty spot, two minutes later it was 2 – 0, a long throw into the box was first headed by the Devonshire Cougars defender before another defender got his head to it and it looped over the goalkeeper and into the back of the net.

Both teams looked stunned, but it was the Devonshire Colts who went ahead 3 – 0 in the eighth minute a ball half cleared by the Devonshire Cougars goalkeeper was put right back into the box and a shot from an angle was heading into the back of the net before a defender was able to block the shot, however in his haste he ended up putting the back into the back of his own net.

Ryan Purnell made it 4 – 0 to the Devonshire Colts when he scored in the 52nd, before Jasekani Furbert-Wade pulled a goal back for the Devonshire Cougars in the 85th minute.
