The teams for the first ten minutes worked to sort themselves out, Dandy Town Hornets’ Ayshuan Smith had a 20 yard blistering shot tipped onto the crossbar by Shaquille Bean in goal for the Somerset Trojans, two minutes later Bean used his legs to deny Damon Ming from giving the Dandy Town Hornets the lead.
Both teams struggled to get anything going for the remainder of the half as they went to the break locked at 0 – 0.
In the second half, Kevin Hurdle gave the Dandy Town Hornets the lead when he scored from close range, Tomiko Goater doubled the Dandy Town Hornets lead with a thunderous shot from some 18 yards out.
In injury time Dandy Town Hornets substitute Jahnazae Swan scored to give the Dandy Tow Hornets a 3 – 0 lead, with no further goals the Dandy Town Hornets became the 2014/15 Dudley Eve Champions.
