A total of 92 riders turned out for the third race of the 2017-2018 Furniture Walk Mountain Bike Race Series Presented Gubinelli Mendoza, Arch Insurance & Becks Beer, that took place at Lagoon Park in the West End.
The Male A Division saw Mathew Oliveira take the checkered flag after completing 9 laps in a time of 53:37.2, with Kaden Hopkins second one lap down clocking 50:40.9.
During the Male Veteran Over 40 Division, Han Hirschi was clocked at 45:49.9 to take the line honors after 7 laps, while Dennis Fagundo finished second in 47:12.9 and finishing third was David Bryne who was one lap down stopping the clock in 42:47.6.
Winning the Female Veteran Over 40 Division was Sarah Bonnet who clocked a 5 lap time of 40:25.0, with Karen Smith second in 45:40.6.
Jennifer Wilson won the Female Novice Division clocking a 4 lap time of 33:59.5, Zina Jones finished second in a time of 35:25.8 and Kim McIvor finished third clocking 37:45.3.
