The Bermuda Bicycle Association’s 2017 Road Race Season resumed with the Madison Road Race.
In the final race before the Sinclair Packwood Memorial Race riders were looking to make statements.
Matthew Oliveira continues to impress in the Adult A Division as he got the better of Kaden Hopkins again. Oliveira was clocked at 1:38:48.688, with Hopkins stopping the clock in 1:38:50.552 and Philip Mace finished third in the Division with a time of 1:40:33.410.
Rose Anna Hoey and Ashley Estwanik have now officially taken their road running battle to the Women’s A Division on the bike, Hoey was able to edge it out with a time of 1:29:26.373, with Estwanik clocking 1:29:27.634 and Sarah Bonnett was able to hold off the rest of the field to finish 3rd in a time of 1:36:55.123.
The Adult B Division needed all eyes on deck to determine a winner as Mcquinn Burch crossed the line first in 1:22:12.772, Gary Raynor was second in 1:22:13.311 and Rico Smith finished third recording a time of 1:22:13.369.
Karl Wilson clocked a winning time of 1:06:04.199 in the Adult C Division, Timothy Miller was second in 1:06:06.312 and Keino Williams finished third in 1:06:07.542.
