Flora Duffy recently finished ninth competing in the Ashburton Investments National Mountain Bike Series in Grabouw, South Africa, at the weekend.
Competing in the Marathon, Duffy finished 69th overall and 9th in the Elite Women’s Division with a time of 3:51.43.
Annika Langvad from Denmark was the first female finisher and 23rd overall won the Elite Women’s race in a time of 3:27:19. Robyn De Groot from South Africa was 34th overall and the second female finisher clocking 3:33:11 and Esther Suss from Switzerland was the third female finisher and 43rd overall in a time of 33:39:11.
