UnitedHealthcare claimed two of the top three spots at the Reading 120 that also saw Bermuda’s Dominique Mahyo riding for his team Riding for Rendall.
Danny Summerhill soloing across the line for the win, while Chris Jones following him in seconds later for third. Toms Skujins (Hincapie Racing) finished second after Summerhill dropped him from their two-rider lead group near the end of the final lap.
In a rain soaked day of riding Mayho crashed out of the race trying to get his teammates back up to the front group after another teammate crashed.
Mayho said, “It was raining really hard all day and the roads were really slick, lots of people crashed some multiple times. I'm ok just have a bit of road rash on my hip.”
