With two wins on the year, McNeese University High Jumper Sakari Famous competed in her specialty event as the No. 1 Jumper in the league with a height of 5-10.75m, which also ranks her No. 4 in the region and fifth on the NCAA East Qualifying List.
Famous was competing at the Rice J. Fred Duckett Invitational, where she would finish 3rd with a top leap of 5-8.50m.
