Dage Minors competed in the Battle Road Track Club Track Meet winning the Men’s 800 meters.
At the Meet hosted at the Bentley University in Massachusetts. Minors won Heat 1 clocking a time of 1:51.60, his time neat out a total field of 27 competitors.
Minors said, “The weather wasn’t great at Bentley, it was cold and windy. I’m grateful to get the win after a hard/good week of training.
I am halfway thru this year and I’ve learned a lot about myself and other people. The biggest takeaway for sure is to always back yourself, the other one is the journey is better with people around.
I’ve had to dig deep, we all have. I have got some great people around that push me, hold me accountable, and most importantly never give up on me.”
