The 2025 Gosling’s Moongate Tour Championship got underway at the Port Royal Golf Course, with Daniel Augustus establishing a three-stroke lead over the field following a strong performance in the First Round.
Daniel Augustus will carry a commanding advantage into the second and final round after shooting an opening round of 1-over par 72.
Chasing him is Kenny Leseur, who finished the day in second place at 4-over par 75. Just one stroke further back is Camiko Smith, who currently sits in third place after carding a round of 5-over par 76.
The chasing pack is tightly contested, ensuring a competitive final day of action. Scott Roy occupies fourth place at 6-over par, while veteran player Dwayne Pearman rounds out the top five, sitting at 8-over par 79 after his opening round.
The golfers will return to the links to battle for the Championship title and prize money in the final round.
