Jenaya Wade-Fray has decided to withdraw from the Sheffield Hallam University in Britain and also severed her ties with the Women's Division One champions City of Sheffield Hatters.
Wade-Fray was back in Bermuda during the Thanksgiving Basketball Classic for a brief visit before heading off to the USA to pursue her options regarding a Masters Degree in Sports Exercise Psychology.
Wade-Fray said, “There are several factors that made me come to this decision, one of them on the court was the fact that my knee has not responded well to the treatment that I have been receiving since I injured it playing during the Summer for Great Britain.”
“I am going to head back to the USA and look to see if I could get into a programme for my Masters and I would also help the coach where ever I land with their programme,” concluded Wade-Fray.
