Three goals in the second half lifted Roger Lee and the University of Indianapolis men's soccer team to it's first win of the season, a 3 - 1 win over Missouri-St. Louis. The University of Indianapolis are now 1-1 on the 2010 season.
Missouri-St. Louis struck first, scoring a goal off of a rebound on a free kick in the 40th minute. The University of Indianapolis would not answer back until just before the 53rd minute mark, when Lee scored his first goal of 2010 in. Lee scored by rounding the goalkeeper in a one-on-one from about five yards out.
Just more than two minutes later, Corey Nelson gave University of Indianapolis the lead with his first goal of the season. Nelson took a ball from Scott Gyllenborg on the top right corner of the box and bounced it off the goalie's hands for the score.
Max Marsh gave the University of Indianapolis an insurance goal just before the end of the game. Marsh scored on a header off of a Bobby Adkins corner kick in the 88th minute to give the University of Indianapolis the 3 - 1 win.
