Jenaya Wade-Fray and her Great Britain Standard Life Women’s Basketball Teammates completed a series win in Israel as the home side were beaten 71-59.
Having lost the first of the three-game series, GB have bounced back with two straight victories and will go into their opening EuroBasket qualifier against Slovak Republic full of confidence.
Tom Maher's team outscored the Israelis in all four periods, and never looked back after a 16-14 first quarter.
That lead was extended to 35-28 at half-time after a 19-14 quarter, and 15-12 third period saw them take a ten point lead into the final break.
Unlike the previous two games where they had struggled in the fourth period, Britain stepped it up in final stanza to wrap things up by outscoring their Tel Aviv hosts 21-19.
Kim Butler led the British team with 22 points, six assists and five rebounds with Julie Page recording a 13 point, 14 board double-double.
Steph Collins added eight points, five assists and four boards, while Natalie Stafford added five assists, Jo Leedham three assists and Azania Stewart four rebounds.
Coach Maher was pleased with the victory, if not the way it was achieved: "It's great to win a series against Israel 2-1, but in truth it was winning ugly" he said.
"Nevertheless, it was rewarding that we could find solutions to eek out a win."
Maher and his team return to action on Saturday August 14 when they host Slovak Republic at the NIA in Birmingham.
