Day Five of the Bermuda’s Brazilian Football School (BBFS) tour to the UK started with the group meeting at 6:45 am and continued with their daily fitness session, from 07:00 - 8:00 am. The rest of the morning was deemed for rest, as the afternoon would see the U10's and U13's, play their opening tour matches vs Peckham Town.

The U10's started slowly, as this was the first time the majority of the team, have travelled to face overseas opposition. Once they realized that they could match the opposing team, they began to play more freely and with confidence.

After 10 minutes of play, Jacob Greene hit a low diagonal shot to the far post, which narrowly slipped past the outstretched legs of Peckham's Town Goal- keeper to give BBFS a 1 – 0 lead. Two minutes later, Kane Crichlow doubled the lead when he struck a scorcher which sailed inside the keepers near post. BBFS U10's finished the first half playing some free flowing football with 2-0 lead.

The 2nd half saw BBFS go up 3-0 with Enrique Russell striking a beautiful right-footed drive, low and hard to the bottom right of the keeper.

After falling behind 3-0, Peckham Town regrouped and scored via Daeshun Hall (son of Bryan Hall). Hall struck a crisp drive which beat keeper Chris Walsh, through a maze of players. BBFS could have added a few more goals to their tally but some outstanding saves from Peckham Town's goalkeeper, kept the scoreline close.

BBFS U13's were caught sleeping after going down 3-0 inside of 20 minutes. The physical play of Peckham and their quick interplay, took some adjusting to by the U13's. With the half coming to a close, Tyriko Williams put BBFS on the score sheet to make it 3-1.

At the half, Director of Coaching Dennis Brown, addressed the players and highlighted key areas where the team could improve; Physical play, speed of play, maintaining possession and being confident when on the ball.

Peckham started the second half as they did the first, by adding a 4th goal inside of 3 minutes of the restart. After a few tactical changes by Coach Brown, BBFS came back into the match. Substitute Nicholas Araujo came onto the field and stamped his authority. Having taken control of the left flank, he half volleyed a cross into the back of the net, after some aggressive work by Alex Alvera.

The team continued to grow in confidence and scored a third via Ryan Parris. Parris hit a shot on the turn and the score was now 4 - 3. Parris almost snatched the equalizer, when he rose above the defense of Peckham Town, only to see his powerful header rebound of the upright. That was the final play of the match as the referee blew for full-time.

Coach Brown addressed both the U10 and U13 teams and expressed his pleasure with their performance in both matches.

Notable performances for the U10's were Matteo Turner, Tauriko Gibson and Nathan Bridges, while for the U13's was Chris Araujo, Jaylen Bean, Josh Madeiros, Errin Tankard and Christopher Walsh.
