The United Soccer Leagues released the 2010 Premier Development League schedules for the Eastern and Western Conferences that includes the Bermuda Hogges.
The PDL, the top men’s developmental league in North America, opens its 19th season of play on the west coast April 24 in Fresno and the Hogges open their season at home against Reading United, the former team of current Bermuda Football Association Technical Director Derek Broadley.
www.islandstats.com was the first to contact a surprised Broadley who said, “It’s a great opener for me, having been involved with them, they were ranked number 1 in the nation 2009 and it will give us a good chance to see where we are at”.
The Hogges season will kick off on Friday May 28th at the National Sports Center beginning at 8:00pm.
The regular season wraps up Monday, July 26 with the Hogges visiting West Virginia in the Eastern Conference finale.
