When Roger Lee returns to the University of Indianapolis he and the rest of his teammates will officially meet John Higgins who has been named University of Indianapolis Interim Head Men's Soccer Coach following the resignation of John Griffin, announced by school officials. His appointment will begin immediately. Higgins is no stranger to Lee as he has spent the last two seasons on staff after a wrapping up a superb playing career at University of Indianapolis.
According to the University of Indianapolis website it states, "We're fortunate to have John Higgins on staff to lead us in the off-season," said Director of Athletics Dr. Sue Willey. "We play in one of the toughest conferences for men's soccer and to have someone with that direct knowledge and insight to keep our program moving in the right direction is invaluable."
"I'm super excited about the opportunity I have here," Higgins said of his alma mater. "We have a great squad and I'm very passionate about this university. I'm going to work as hard as I can to make the best out of this chance I have and see the team does well."
