Senior Professional Delroy Cambridge sits atop of the leaderboard at 12 under par 198 and extends his lead by two over Kirk Hanefeld who is at 10 under and 200 for the tournament.
Open Professional Division
In the Junior Professional Division Hanefeld has a five shot cushion going into the final round of the Gosling’s Invitational tomorrow over Bermuda Open Champion Brian McCann. Hanefeld is at 10 under par and 200 overall for the tournament while McCann is at 5 under and 205 overall. Closely behind is former Invitational winner Conley and Walsh who are 4-under par and 206 overall.
Last year’s joint winner Joe Horowitz had a rough day today by his standards and could only limp in with a 4 over 74. This put him in 6th place by himself at 3 under and 207 for the tournament. Horowitz is very capable of going low which should make it interesting in tomorrow’s final round.
Senior Professional Division
Cambridge continued his brilliant form and posted a 4 under 66 today to add to his 5 under yesterday taking him to 12 under overall and 198 for the tournament. Cambridge opens an 11 shot lead in the Senior Professional Division and is unlikely to falter going into tomorrow’s final round. Cambridge can lift the overall trophy tomorrow for the first time. His best finish is 2nd. First day leader Craig Marsailles is his closest rival and is at 1 under overall and 209 for the tournament.
Junior Amateur
Defending Amateur Champion Daniel Augustus opens up a 4 shot lead going into the final round after recording a 3 over 73 today to take his 3 day total to 5 over par and 215 for the tournament. Camiko Smith faltered only on the last hole but still has a very realistic chance and will force Augustus to work to retain his title. Smith posted a 6 over 76 today 9 over overall and 219 for the tournament. Chris Garland currently sits in thirds place at 18 over par and 228 for the tournament.
Net Division – Open Amateur
Jerome Bradshaw keeps his two shot lead despite posting a 2 over 72 NET today. Bradshaw is at 1 under and 209 for the tournament. Luis Gerardo remains in second at 1 over and 211 but only has a one shot lead to remain in 2nd over San Bezant who recorded his best NET score of 68 which jumped him into 3rd place. Bezant is at 3 over NET and 213 for the tournament.
Senior Amateur
Jeffrey Lindo looks set to defend his Senior Title after posting a respectable 3 over 73 today giving him 223 overall and 13 over par for the tournament. Glenn Kelley faltered a bit today and moved to second place but by only one shot over Max Atherden. Kelley could only manage a 10 over 80 today putting him at 21 over par 231 after three days. Atherden posted a 9 over 79 today giving him 232 and 22 over par overall.
Net Division – Senior Amateur
Allan E. Richardson takes a commanding 9 shot lead going into the final round of the Senior Amateur NET Division. Richardson posted a NET 71 today putting him at 8 under par and 202 overall after three days. Although Lindo is in 2nd place in the NET he leads the Gross Division opening a spot for Adrian Crockwell who is deserving of a place given his fine form. Crockwell is at 2 over par NET and 212 for the tournament.
