Ryan Roberts was forced to withdraw with an injured wrist from the IJGT Verterra Sport tournament at TPC Sawgrass, home of the PGA tour's The Players Championship and the famous number 17 island green.
After attempting to play a shot out of a bush early in the first round, he played on but after 6 holes on day 2 he realized he could not continue.
Roberts is expected to have x-rays when he returns to Hilton Head.
