Ryan Roberts & Jordan Lambe Updates
Roberts and Lambe took part in the 2nd Annual Hank Haney Invite Golf Tournament at the Sea Pines Resort in Hilton Head, SC.
Roberts carded a two round 14-over par 157, Roberts shot a first round 77, before return and shoot a 80 in his second round to finish 11th.
Lamb finished 28th shooting a combined total of 165. Lamb’s 22-over par saw him shoot 82 on the first day and 83 on the second.
Bermuda Golf Tour
The Bermuda Golf Tour tournament was held at Belmont Golf Club and the golfers are hopeful that the results are a sign of what is to come at the Gosling's Belmont Invitational.
Paul Adams produced a fine 3-under par 67 to take the title over Scott Roy who shot a 1-under par 69. Third place went to Brian Morris who shot a 1-over par 71.
The low rounds being produced at Belmont is an encouraging sign, since the tour was created in the hopes of having local professionals have better showings during the Gosling's Belmont Invitational in two weeks and the Bermuda Open in January.
The Bermuda Golf Tour's final tournament for the year will be the Lindo's Invitational at Mid Ocean Golf club next week and the race for the Order of Merit has become close among the top three of Twilton Smith, Scott Roy and Paul Adams.
