Narraway Powers to First Elite National Time Trial Title

A new era in Bermudian cycling was heralded today as 23-year-old Nicholas Narraway claimed his maiden National Elite Time Trial Title at the Bermuda Bicycle Association's 2025 National Time Trial Championships. Competing on the fast yet challenging Southside course, Narraway, who rides for Tenerife–Bike Point–La Sede, completed the four-lap, 18.8-mile course in a blistering 36 minutes and 38 seconds.
Narraway's dominant performance saw him comfortably best his long-time rivals. Conor White (Muc-Off-SRCT-Storck) finished in second place with a time of 37:37, while defending champion Kaden Hopkins (Uni Sport Lamentinois) took a distant third, clocking 40:01. The victory marks a significant breakthrough for Narraway in the local elite category.
In the Open Female division, Hanah Cannon celebrated her first national time trial crown in her debut year. Cannon rode to a confident victory in 43:41, with Panzy Olander securing second place in 44:27, and Marna Louw finishing third with a time of 48:43.
The future of Bermudian cycling also showcased its talent. The Junior Male Championship title went to Jackson Langley, who crossed the line in 31:44. In the Junior Female Championship, Charlotte Millington continued her impressive form, winning the crown with a time of 36:25.
The championships, held on a newly adapted course, delivered exciting racing across all categories, with Nicholas Narraway's breakthrough victory a definite highlight.
