The Port Royal Tennis Courts were buzzing with activity for a second consecutive day as the Temple of Tennis Junior Challenger Tournament continued to showcase the island's young talent. Another busy schedule saw eight matches contested across various age divisions, with several players enjoying successful outings.

In the Under 12 Boys Round Robin Division, Trystan Thompson proved to be the standout performer of the day, securing two impressive victories. Thompson first defeated James Casling-Hall in a dominant straight-sets encounter, winning 6-1, 6-0. He then returned to the court and replicated that success against Landon Williams, again winning in straight sets with an identical 6-1, 6-0 scoreline.

The Under 14 Girls Quarter-Finals saw two decisive straight-sets victories. Arianna Parra Delgado advanced with a 6-3, 6-0 win over Ella Metschnabel, while Isabella Neururer also progressed, defeating Samantha Morgan 6-3, 6-2.

Chloe Mcbrearty had a double-header in the Under 18 Girls Round Robin Division. Her first match saw her go down in straight sets to Nadhira Durham, losing 6-2, 6-2. However, Mcbrearty showed resilience, bouncing back strongly in her second match to defeat Samantha Morgan in a comprehensive 6-0, 6-0 victory.

The Under 14 Boys Round Robin Division also saw further action. Ollie Anderson continued his strong form from the opening day, securing another straight-sets victory, this time against James Casling-Hall with a 6-1, 6-0 scoreline.

Finally, in the Under 18 Boys’ Round Robin Division, Tobiah Goodchild maintained his winning momentum from the previous day, defeating Jadon Spriggs in straight sets with a 6-2, 6-0 victory.

The second day of the Temple of Tennis Junior Challenger Tournament has further intensified the competition, with several young players establishing themselves as strong contenders as the event progresses at Port Royal.
