Walker Campbell and his William & Mary Men's Golf teammates rounded out the 2018 Kingsmill Intercollegiate with its best round shooting a combined 26-over par 306 in the final round of the event.
William & Mary finished in 21st with a three-round score of 921 (+81). Southern Illinois charged to the team title with a 285 (+5) in the third round to finish with an 862 (+22) for the tournament.
Junior David Hicks paced the scoring lineup both in the final round and in the tournament. The junior rounded out his home event by shooting a 74 (+4) in the final round. The score rounded out his 226 (+15) for the event, which tied him for 57th in the tournament.
Campbell shot a Final Round 5-over par 75 to finish T66th at 18-over par 228, in his Final Round Campbell had 1 Birdie, 11 Pars and 6 Bogey’s.
