The 2011 Sports Awards nominations have now closed, the Department of Youth and Sports will soon hold the Sports Awards programme at Camden to announce the Male and Female Athletes of the Year, as well as Junior Male and Female Athletes of the Year.
At last year’s Awards Ceremony Jenaya Wade-Fray was crowned the Female Athlete of the Year, while Tyrone Smith took the Male Honors.
While Jeneko Place and Emma Franklin won the inaugural Male and Female Junior Athletes of the Year.
Without knowing who has been nominated, we will NOT get into the idea of suggesting and getting you the public alarmed with who should be when the reality is no one knows WHO HAS BEEN NOMINATED.
