A.
I also coach some younger ones Rhythmic Gymnastics

Q. How did you first get involved in Rhythmic Gymnastics?
A.
When I was about 6 I did Artistic gymnastics (beam, bars, vault etc). after a few years I went to a summer camp which included both Artistic and Rhythmic gymnastics. I tried Rhythmic and enjoyed it so much that I joined.

Q. Did you have a particular gymnast as an idol?
A.
No but I love watching all the Eastern European gymnasts.

Q. When did you realize that you wanted Compete Internationally?
A.
It has been a gradual progression and many years of hard work and training.

Q. What would you describe as your strongest apparatus?
A.
Definitely Hoop because I love the music and the routine.

A.
Ribbon because you have to keep it moving at all times. It is also 6 meters long so it makes it harder to control.

A.
Being selected to be part of Team Bermuda at the 2014 Commonwealth games

A.
This August I have Pan American Games trials in hope to qualify for the games next year.

Q. Can you give an insight into an average week of training for you?
A.
In Rhythmic Gymnastics it requires a lot of dance and technique. For this I do about 13 hours of dance a week at the In Motion School Of Dance, on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Then on Tuesdays and Thursdays I would train down in St. David’s. Then on Sundays I would coach some young girls Rhythmic as well as afterwards train.

Q. Is this your first Commonwealth Games?
A.
Yes

Q. What do you do when you’re not taking part in Gymnastics?
A.
I love to dance and perform and I like spending time with my friends as much as possible.
