Bermuda slipped down the overall standings to finish in 31st place at the International Bowling Federation World Cup in Munich following the conclusion of the final round-robin phase.
The four-man contingent closed out the singles round-robin stage with an aggregate haul of 8,231 pins, facing demanding lane conditions against elite global opposition at the Max Munich Bowling centre in Brunnthal.
National champion LeVinc Samuels completed Bermuda’s individual campaign on the lanes in Group D, Pool 4, battling through a competitive field to secure eighth position.
Samuels amassed a personal total of 2,062 pins across his block. His standout performance came in the fourth game, where he found his rhythm to roll a high score of 224.
That effort rounded out the team’s combined singles tally, joining the earlier scores delivered by teammates David Maycock, Lamar Richardson, and Anthony Hayward.
With the individual phase now settled, the Bermudian squad turn their attention to the upcoming team competition as they look to regroup and mount a climb back up the rankings.
