The Bermuda Cricket Board announced the 16 players that have been selected for the Stanford 20/20 game against Guyana on February 10th, 2008
Two of the squad members will be nominated from the players that are in the Under 19 squad but not selected in the final 15 to go to the U19 World Cup in Malaysia. This squad will be the basis from which the team will be chosen throughout the tournament. A 13 man squad from the 16 will be announced on 7th January, 2008, at which point a vice-captain will be named.

National Coach Gus Logie maintains overall responsibility for the preparation of the squad, however, due to his role in assisting the Under 19 World Cup efforts. As Islandstats.com reported on November 28th, Herbie Bascome has been appointed Coach for this tournament. Lionel Tannock will continue to serve as Team Manager.
